Bookings for seasonal gatherings, workshops, and studio sessions are limited due to the small and intimate nature of the space.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place.

Payment is made via bank transfer, and booking details will be sent once your space has been requested.

Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.

Due to the limited number of spaces available, payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the gathering.

If your place can be filled from a waiting list, I will always do my best to offer a transfer or refund where possible.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be transferred to another gathering or refunded, minus any administrative costs.

If a Gathering Needs to Be Cancelled

In the unlikely event that a gathering needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Yoga Tree Studio, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Health & Wellbeing

Please inform me before attending if you have any injuries, health conditions, or are pregnant, so that practice can be appropriately supported.

All practices are invitational, and you are encouraged to move gently and rest whenever needed.

Arriving at the Studio

Please aim to arrive a few minutes before the gathering begins to allow time to settle into the space quietly.

All props are provided.
