    Monday 18:30 – 20:00 Yin and Yang (full)

    Tuesday 10:00 – 11:30 Gentle

    Wednesday 18:00 – 19:30 Gentle

    Thursday 18:30 – 20:00 Yin and Yang

    6 week block

    £60 for the whole block, paid in advance or on the first day

    £15 drop in (only if space is available, must be pre-booked)

    In Yoga Tree Studio we practice yoga mindfully and include all the aspects of yoga, from asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation, self enquiry to yogic wisdom and philosophy.  Yoga is a healing and transformative practice that works on all layers of our being,  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and affects all the bodily systems.
