    Practiced mindfully, yoga can be a truly healing, transformative practice. It works on many levels, physical, mental and spiritual and affects all the bodily systems. Through yoga we learn to feel and to listen to our body, turning our attention inwards, tapping into the vastness and intelligence of our inner wisdom, our greatest and wisest teacher of all.

  • Thai Yoga Massage

     

    As well as yoga, I offer Thai yoga massage from my studio.

     

    It is a type of holistic therapy, which has roots in the Indian system of Yoga and Ayurveda. Thai Yoga Massage works on the ten Sen, or ten energy channels. The life force energy (prana, qi, ki) flows through these channels. Due to many factors, such as stress, bad posture, trauma, life style, negative believes etc, the channels can get blocked, therefore restricting the flow of energy and potentially resulting in physical or emotional dis-ease. Thai Yoga massage aims to open up the channels,  balancing and restoring the flow, so that the body can heal itself, restoring natural equilibrium.
