    Practiced mindfully, yoga can be a truly healing, transformative practice. It works on many levels, physical, mental and spiritual and affects all the bodily systems. Through yoga we learn to feel and to listen to our body, turning our attention inwards, tapping into the vastness and intelligence of our inner wisdom, our greatest and wisest teacher of all.

    Summer Glow Yoga and Siesta

    27th June – 4th July 2020

    I have teamed up again with my friend and a fellow yoga teacher Carly Harding to offer you a transformative yoga holiday in the beautiful Finca del Alamo in Almeria. The venue is in a peaceful, isolated location, but within walking distance of the pretty traditional local village of Nijar, which can be seen across the valley at the foot of the spectacular mountain backdrop.

    What to expect:

    • 4 hours of yoga a day
    • Meditation
    • Yoga Nidra
    • 2 experienced teachers
    • 3 delicious meals a day
    • Plenty of time to rest, read, swim, walk or just dream the days away
    • Sunshine
    • Air conditioning in every room
