After more than a decade of teaching weekly yoga classes, my work is evolving into a smaller number of workshops and seasonal gatherings. 

This slower, more spacious approach allows time to go a little deeper - creating space for stillness, nervous system support, and meaningful rest. 

All gatherings take place in my private studio near Birchington-on-Sea - a calm and quietly held space surrounded by nature, created for small group practice and deep rest.
