Welcome to Yoga Tree Studio

Step away from the loud and busy world and come to practice yoga and meditation in a little oasis of peace, quiet, calm and tranquility. The boutique yoga studio is clean, warm and cosy, dedicated to a safe yoga practice and is fully equipped with large studio mats and plenty of props. Join one of my group classes, workshops, come on a retreat or book a private lesson.

Autumn Day Retreat

Join me on the Hunter's Full Moon for a day of yoga and meditation themed around the Earth element.

About Katya

Hi, my name is Katya Andrews and I’m the founder and owner of Yoga Tree Studio. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years and teaching and running my studio for over 7 years. I draw on different styles of yoga, from more dynamic and yang to gentle, restorative and yin yoga. 

Benefits of yoga

At Yoga Tree Studio we practice yoga mindfully and include all of the aspects of yoga, from asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation, self enquiry to yogic wisdom and philosophy. Yoga is a healing and transformative practice that works on all layers of our being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and affects all of our bodily systems. Through yoga we learn to feel and to listen to our body, turning our attention inwards, tapping into the vastness and intelligence of our inner wisdom, our greatest and wisest teacher of all.

    Falling Leaves Day Retreat - Sunday 9th October| 10am - 4pm| We get together on October's Full Moon for a day of yoga, meditation, reflection, stillness, relaxation and a yummy lunch. | £65

  • Winter Solstice Workshop

    Embracing Darkness and Stillness - Sunday 18th December| 2 - 5 pm| An afternoon or gentle and restorative yoga, reflection, meditation and time to gather and socialise| £35 including seasonal refreshments
