Yoga workshops are a great way to deepen your practice and learn more about yoga. We explore different topics in greater depth, having more time then in a regular class. There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a chance to get to know each other over a piece of cake and a cup of tea (or green juice). Spring Yin & Yang Workshop

Welcome the coming spring, the time of cleansing, creating, activity, movement, renewal and growth. This is a time of harnessing the powerful energy of spring to release the old and usher in a new experience of health, mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.
We will work with the breath, cleansing and releasing the old and create a new vision for ourselves through visualisation. We will move the whole body through a dynamic vinyasa sequence and settle down for a meditative yin yoga, focused on the liver and gall bladder meridians, which are linked to the season of spring.
You will leave feeling energised and rejuvenated, yet calm, present and ready to embrace the exciting new season.
