Yoga workshops are a great way to deepen your practice and learn more about yoga. We explore different topics in greater depth, having more time then in a regular class. There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a chance to get to know each other over a piece of cake and a cup of tea (or green juice). Candle Lit Yin Yoga and Deep Relaxation

Sweet two hours to end the week with, taking care of the most important person in your life. You!!! In a warm, cosy, candle lit space we will use yin postures, breath, meditation, visualisation, guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra to reconnect to our body and inner self, to learn and observe the self, to allow space to heal and to simply be with whatever the present moment is presenting us.
The feedback from these workshops is of a lasting sense of inner calm and peace, feeling connected and getting the best nights sleep!
