Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to reconnect with yourself

Join me for a Friday night wind down and Me time with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra through the Autumn and Winter months.

Are you feeling tired, disconnected, juggling too many things? Do you suffer with insomnia, anxiety, stress, burnout? Do you always put your own needs last?

These two hours are purely for you, where you don’t need to think about anything, achieve anything, be anyone, but your true-self. Come as you are and let me guide you on a journey back home to yourself.

We will meet once a month from 18:00 – 20:00 pm

  • £25 each or £80 for all 4 workshops

Each workshop has a different seasonal theme and you are welcome to stay for a cup of herbal tea, healthy snack and a chat afterwards.

Spend two hours looking after you, the most important person in your life. Self care isn’t self indulgence, it is an act of self love and regard for your precious human life. We will set our intentions – Sankalpa, gently open the body and work around the joints in fully supported Yin postures, spend some time in meditation or visualisation, practice calming pranayama, and finally let go deeply into the healing space of Yoga Nidra. Yin yoga is less about “doing” and more about “being”. We allow the longer held postures and gravity to create more space in the body and mind, supported by yoga props.

You will leave feeling calmer, more peaceful, in touch with yourself and maybe even with some answers to your questions you haven’t been able to figure out during your busy days. People often report back that they sleep really soundly afterwards, and that in itself is healing.

Payment in full will secure your place and is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another event.

Props will be provided, but if you have your own, you are encouraged to bring them.
