Menopause Yoga


I’m really excited to offer workshops designed specifically for women during the menopause. They are open to any woman at any stage, whether it’s peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause and my aim is to educate, empower and support each woman on her journey through this inevitable right of passage. Each workshop focuses on different symptoms and stages of the menopause and includes a range of practices:

  • women’s circle
  • breath work
  • meditation
  • dynamic yoga
  • restorative yoga
  • relaxation
  • journaling

Give yourself some well deserved time just for yourself, to connect, learn, nourish, restore and rebalance your body and mind and to simply be, in a safe and supportive environment.

What will you take away with you:

  • simple techniques and yoga postures you can practice at home
  • support of other women, in a time that can feel lonely and confusing
  • tips on nutrition and supplements
  • why and how to journal during this time
  • you will go home feeling rested and restored

The group will be small and intimate and everything is optional.

There will be plenty of delicious Ayurvedic teas and fresh water.

Everyone is welcome, there is no need to have prior yoga experience, but as we will be moving, please dress appropriately.
